Delivering Letters

The scouts yearly fundraiser, they deliver envelopes for christmas tree pick up then they will come pick up the trees in two weeks. It was a wet windy day, and my kid is dressed like its still summer.

Justin was able to get a new phone since he turned everything in this semester and received better grades. He is quite happy and content.

Robert drew this in his art class which his teacher submitted to the water contest. He was so excited to bring it home.  

Christmas tree finally.

This year we let the boys pick a small tree. Jacob was able to pick it up and put it in the back of the suburban all by himself. He was quite proud of this accomplishment. 

New birthday tradition?

 

this might be a new tradition to go shooting for my birthday. We actually took someone from PJs work who had never been before and turned it into a date for my birthday.

Shenanigans

we came home to this.....only to find out that Justin had done it to himself then to Jacob. They had made a pack that whoever fell asleep first would get a pretty new face. Justin was tired and wanted to go to bed so he drew it on his face and then since Jacob actually fell asleep he drew on him. I love my kids.

Its beatnik night. Jacob drew the mustache all by himself. It was fun to listen to the poems he has written.

One on one time

 

Jacob gets out of school all week due to parent teacher conferences. Its a week where I don't do my clinicals until the swing shift. I picked him up from school and we went to lunch before I went off to clinicals. We had a lot of fun. I sure do miss hanging out with my kids. 

Scout project

 

for the family merit badge you have to do a project. Justins project was to hang new lights in the garage. 

 

It turned out pretty nice. We went a week of no electricity in half the house and had to have one of our friends come over and help us re wire a couple of things but finally the lights work and we wont burn the house down.
