There are no words to express the feelings I have of my dad. He was a great example to me and how I wish my boys were able to have his guidance here on earth. That was not part of the plan so I teach them as much as I can about him. I miss him like crazy. This is the fourteenth year after his death that I have celebrated his birthday. He would of been 75years old.
I have almost lived on this earth longer without him than with him. That seems crazy to me. He was only in my life for 19 years, I wish I could of had more. He still gives me direction and gave me a glimpse of how I am sure my Heavenly Father feels towards me. I am grateful for the knowledge I have of eternity and the simple fact that I will see him again and will be able to hear him laugh and sing.
Love you dad, happy birthday.

Christmas Day
Christmas Day, after we have opened our gifts we head to the Schneider's and hang out there. Here we are the six of us waiting our turn to open up gifts and continue on the tradition of Christmas.
Christmas Eve
Every Christmas Eve we go to my Mom's and Bob's to celebrate the holiday. It is also tradition that the little kids dress up and act out the story of Jesus. It's a great tradition that I wish the kids would take more seriously. It's fun to be with family and I am glad we do get together.

What a great day
After our six flags adventure PJ decided to take the boys and me to the Oakland Temple. One of my favorite places, where PJ and I were sealed. I love how they decorate the grounds and how much of the spirit you can feel there. The boys thought it was great to stand on the top and see the city. They tried holding up the golden gate and look at the "small" people on the lower level. I loved to hear PJ explain the symbols on the temple and his testimony to the boys. It was a great way to end a busy day. So glad we went though.
Early Christmas gifts <3
On December 8th we took the boys for a ride and gave them one of their Christmas gifts. Six Flags season tickets. They were very excited and happy. The line was super short but they were bored waiting to get their pictures taken.

What a way to spend Sunday.
At least we were only in the ER for an hour. They said it wasn't worth putting a staple in his head. A waste of a 50 dollar copay but glad he's ok.

I thought I would try
I have always wanted to start a blog but have never done it. Well here I go, it's time to start putting this stuff down on "paper" so my boys will have something to look at. Since starting back to school I haven't scrap booked a single page. We will see how it goes.
