My Funny Boy

My kids crack me up, Justin especially. He just loves to make people laugh, half time he doesn't even realize it.

His bouncy ball broke so he made it into a hat.

The only time he lets me take pictures, when he's being funny.

Family Time

We decided to go out as a family and try Buffalo Wild Wings. It was fun. Food was good, and I almost got a picture of Justin.

Date Night

I try to take each boy out with me once a month. Especially with me going to night school, I miss them lots. This time it was Rob's turn. I love all my boys, this one has this smile that melts my heart. He is sweet and loves to cuddle its nice to have some one on one time.

He hated taking the photos but I said tuff. I know I am a mean mom.

Pool time, wait it's too cold

We had a leak in the pool so we decided to redo it and add a wading section also. Now it just needs to warm up outside so we can test it out.

Our yard was a little messy.

Fill up time.

I think it looks a little like Mickey Mouse. Now just put the diving board back in, and replant the grass, cut back some trees, and the lower half of the back yard will be done. :)

Jacobs adventure

Jacob was poked in the eye at school, which showed redder, puffer, and tucker than in the picture.

He went to bed and woke up, the light hurt, his eye had goop, and he starting throwing up so we covered his eye with the only thing I could find.

He thought it was cool, I called and got him in to an eye doctor.

On the way there he got into character........

Sweet Girls

I am so grateful that Kimberly and Andrew let us watch their two sweet girls. Kimberly was one of the youth I was blessed with in Young Women's, and Sunday school class at church.
Her girls Lilly and Abigail are the cutest things.

She is a snuggler

She was tired but let me take pictures.

Roy, Justin, and PJ were feeding Abigail while I played with Lilly. It is good for the boys to get practice.

Egypt Museum

Sixth graders have to do a section on Egypt. The teachers have them put up a museum and invite all parents and siblings to come walk through it. This year Justin was able to show us through.

Yogi

Our tiny dog has never liked wearing a sweater. This winter has been a little chilly and he is always cuddled up with someone, usually me. PJ found the sweater and put it on, he still snuggles up but now he doesn't shake the whole time.

Carmichael snow

We don't get snow in the part of California we live in. We get ice and lots of it. I tried to take pictures it really didn't show up but this is our snow.

This car is too tall for me so when I scrape the windows (usually with an old credit card) I can't reach the middle. It's fin to drive with a huge middle section still fully covered in ice.

Roy's tournament

This year Roy decided to try out wrestling. So far it's been a great learning experience. He is learning a lot about exercise, and dealing with winning without gloating, losing with grace, and having fun. He got third place.

Another snowman

Robb's turn to melt down, this time it was at Roy's tournament. Hopefully it's the last.

Maybe he shouldn't have stayed up until 2am at his cousins house the night before.

Not a clear picture but you can tell how happy he was.

I'm Melting

This is Jake having a complete melt down over homework. It was not a fun time at all, so I took some pictures to help me relax.

He eventually calmed down an hour later. He never did finish that page before bed. 

DAD MAN!!!

DADMAN is born, and what great fun he brings to the family.

He looks very confident in his role as DADMAN.

Robert was or should I say Frank (his nickname when he is crabby) was visiting our house. So DADMAN was born. He came with great speed to turn his frown into this smile. 

After six flags fun

After Six Flags we go to Chevys. Yes there was 10 of us, but that's no excuse for bad service. The kids were really good though and we survived.

I don't know if we will go back, the waitress was horrible only checked on us twice, there was food in Ben's drink, and they messed up the order. We had kept it fun though.

Wrestling

Roy has starting wrestling for his middle school, Barrett. He enjoys it. I miss sleeping in on Saturdays. And not freeze in a gym all day long. It is a great opportunity for him, and I am glad he likes it.

Six flags

The boys got season passes and with those they got a free pass to bring a friend. Roy brought TJ, Robert brought Cole, I brought Jayde, Justin brought Ben, and Jacob brought Wil. Oh so much fun to be had.
