Pinewood Derby

Pinewood Derby again, it feels like we have been doing this forever. Really it has only been 4 years but a couple of those we had two boys doing it and once we had three. We have so many cars it is unbelievable. The boys love to do it and it is good for them.

This is Roberts only time that he is racing by himself with out brothers i should say. He was super excited and had his car done almost two weeks in advance.

 The neighbor kids, Katherine and Greg came and watched the proceedings and thought it was exciting.

 

 

In the end he did very well, and if he wants can go onto District. He isn't sure yet so if he does we will keep you posted.

Mom's Birthday

Happy Birthday

This lady turned 70 today! It is crazy. She is crazy but she's my mom and my dad loved her to pieces. I am glad for all the things she has taught me and thankful for the Grandma she is to my kids. I hope she has a wonderful day celebrating her time her on this earth.

Justin

I struggle more than I want to admit with Justin. I love him, he makes me smile, laugh, and keeps me on my toes. Lately he just down right says NO to me. He cuts me off, throws tantrums like a two year old, complains, picks fights with his brothers, on, on it goes daily. You would think he's getting to be a teen nope he's still has a couple of years. Then I get to sneak a picture of him while he feel asleep in the car driving to the grocery store. It reminds me he is a Child of God and I love him. I am grateful he is in our family.

The snapping of the picture woke him up and he got upset with me but I just kept smiling thanking my Heavenly Father that he is here to bless our family.

Dentist

The boys had dental appointments and Robert woke up throwing up. We still had to go and he said he wanted to at least try to do X-rays (that didn't happen).

He tried but he just kept getting greener and greener. So here he is resting waiting for Jacob to be done with his four fillings.

That's right four!!! His whole bottom lip is numb in this picture, you can't tell but he was drooling.

White collar plumber

We are having some slight draining problems so after work PJ went with me to pick up a snake. He got heckled a little by a man saying he looked to nice to use such machinery so White Collared Plumber was born. I love that he comes up with crazy stuff all the time it makes me laugh. Yes he did change when we got home. And no the problem did not get fixed, looks like we will be calling a plumber. The one down side to owning a house.

Me

I don't like taking pictures, or having pictures taken of me, but I make my boys take them so here's one of me. I had just had dental work done so I couldn't really smile and the boys were laughing so I decided to have a picture taken of me. I promised I would blog it, so here it is.

I look old, and I don't particularly like it.
