Idaho trip

On the Road and they finally fall asleep around 3 am. We left right after PJ's umpire meeting around 10 pm. Long night ahead in order to visit everyone in a short weekend.
At Kays house for a quick visit and Grandma and Grandpa Schneider are there for the upcoming funeral service for Uncle Doug. We drop by for a quick visit before we go up to Stanley for the Miller Family reunion.

Little walk

We decided to go on a little walk, which was more like a hike. It was beautiful where we were. The weather was nice and it was fun to be together as a family.
We had to walk across this log or get our feet wet. We did great on the way over but on the way back, Jacob fell off the log and landed into the water. Soaked head to toe, mud everywhere. As he laid there in shock, then finally got up and start crying the rest of us were laughing hysterically. I know we shouldn't have laughed but the look on his face was hilarious. Besides its just water he'll dry. We have towels back at camp and its not biggie.

This is the after shot of him falling into the water. And a few minutes later realizing when Rob had put the towels away instead of in the truck how long of a night it really was going to be. Rob kept saying, Dad just said grab the towels I thought he wanted me to put them where they belonged in the cupboard. I am so glad this was just a one night trip.
I was the only one injured on our walk, my leg brushed up against a fallen tree and the branches went straight into my leg. That is when we realized we left the first aid kit at home. Again we learned alot about how unprepared we really were. Its hard to see but I had some really deep slivers and they were painful. Still glad we went camping though.

On the road again

Well its that time again. Rob, Jacob and I loaded up in the car and headed out to Idaho for my niece Morgans Wedding. Roy, Justin and Dad stayed home to go rabbit hunting.
There are no pictures of them rabbit hunting or getting the one rabbit.
Rob traveling in comfort watching a movie.
Jacob hiding in the blanket so he could see the screen for the movie.

Coming home

whoses idea was it to fly out at 1155pm, oh thats right mine. I didn't want to leave at 8 am and this was the next flight out. Even though we got stuck in denver for three hours I am glad we left at that the time we did and got to spend one more day with our family and friends.
