Jacobs Face

Its starting to look better but really hurts still.

OUCH!!!!

This is what happens when hitting a soccer ball with a bat in the batting cages. The bat hits the soccer ball and bounces right back into your face. Good thing he didn't crack his face just really badly bruised and learned a great lesson. If you wonder where his parents were....his dad was coaching the Juniors team and his mom was heading up the snack bar. He was waiting for his game to start. He still played his game since mom and dad could not leave the fields. Probably not the best idea since he had a concussion.

Can you see the ball size bruise on those ribs for taking one for the team.

Here we were playing basketball in the gym after Cub Scouts and he slid and hit his head into an accordian type room divider. Ouch that hurts.

Another one of Jacobs BooBoos

Jacob hurt his toe almost two months ago. He dropped the metal tee on it and his toe has been black and blue since. Well his nail finally fell off. He was quite overwhelmed by the experience and wonders if it will ever be "normal". He is a funny kid and seems to find ways to injure himself. Hopefully it will heal up soon and he will stop worring about it so much.

While I was at school Jacob was playing at the neighbors. He is in love with motorcycles and the neighbor was fixing his. He let jake get on it well the second time jake hit his leg on the muffler. Ouch, hesuch. Trooper. I love this kids all he kept saying was mom I still want my own motorcycle. We will see about that.

It is weird how they take the staples out. I forgot to take pictures crazy me. It was cool and gave me another look of things to come. Taking staples out. Jacob thought it was cool.

Again

Don't continue reading if you can't handle blood. Jacob has split his head open again, this is twice in the last couple of months. This time the doctor agreed to put staples in.

The boys were playing hide and go seek because I took the tv away for the week. Well Rob told Jacob to go one way to find Justin and he didn't they collided and he fell and hit his head on the corner of the wall.  

They just staple it with hair and all, interesting. Jacob thinks its cool. One more cool story for him.

What a way to spend Sunday.

At least we were only in the ER for an hour. They said it wasn't worth putting a staple in his head. A waste of a 50 dollar copay but glad he's ok.
