This is what happens when Justin has my phone when I am driving picking them all up from school.

Roy came to me and said mom I popped something on my leg and it is growing. So we cleaned it and watched it and it started to spread and it looked worse. So off to the doctor we went, they swabbed it and put him on antibiotics. Then it spread even more. We got the word back that it was a staph infection most likely he got it from wrestling. So he has to wear pants and keep it covered until after the antibiotics are done.

Robert and Curtis both received their arrow of light and webelos merit badge

Jacob received his wolf badge.

Sleep over

We have Alison for the night. Her mom was worried and we brought her home and she was out asleep within 10 minutes.

She woke up and wanted PJ, hmm I will have to talk to her about that when she is older. Well He was snuggling with her and she put him to sleep so I picked her up and she screamed for 5 minutes because she wanted PJ. It was really cute and reminded me how our children use to do that. They all loved to snuggle with their dad. She calmed down then slept through the night.

She hates the car, she will scream the whole time you put her in the seat until you open the door to let her out. It is funny sometimes but this time she had her cousins and a ball and she was happy go lucky. We had a blast having her over and she was super easy. Maybe because she knew it wasnt for a long period of time.

Basketball has finally become part of our family

Justins team won and they had to play the young mens presidency and the "old" men. They played good but just quite werent tall enough to shoot over them. They had a great time.

Basketball

Justin decided to join the church basketball team. Since our ward didn't have enough boys to make a team we joined with Del Campo and Northridge ward to play.

Blue and gold dinner

One of our callings is Den Leaders for the Bears in Cub Scouts. One thing we do each year is have a fundraiser dinner. The boys make a cake and they get auctioned off. Jacob made the camp ground, and Robert made the emblem for the WEBELOS.
